All responsible owners should have cats and dogs spayed/neutered. All 4 dogs and 4 cats are spayed neutered. It makes for better pets, no spraying of urine and no kitties, puppies and healthier pets all around. Not making toy breeds mind when young is the reason lots end up in pounds where millions a year are put down each year. My MIL adpoted the chihuahua, and got tired of caring for her and didn't potty train her properly, took her back to pound, I found out and went and adopted her. They are smart dogs and can understand more than you think, she is turning into a nice dog, and I'm not done training her yet, just one thing at a time.
