CajunBear.......what an adorable Tulip block you have made for April's 2012 BOM. Sorry I missed commenting on it, as I was looking for your picture on the picture thread. I hope you will post it there too. That way everyone will get to see it. The bee's in your fabrics are so cute & I love your purple color too. Thank you for sharing with all of us.

Here are pictures of my April blocks, one of each color line I am doing. I was all set to do the tulips, but realized I needed umbrellas in April. Hope you enjoy them.

bibliostone,
I think your April blocks are really cute. One thing I like about this group is we're all kind of doing our own thing but still following along and encouraging each other. The purple fabric in the umbrella is beautiful and I like the rain drop fabric. Be sure to post in the April picture thread if you haven't already-this is the pattern thread and I wouldn't want everyone to miss your blocks..

How Cute!! I just love your April blocks too, they are just darling & you have done such a nice job making them. I love hoe everyone is able to make these block choices to fit their own needs. I can hardly wait to see all of your quilt blocks finished together!!

Just adorable - I was tempted to do a Sun Bonnet Sue too..... Glad you thought outside the box and did your own thing. Great colors too

Bibliostone..I love your squares.. and Im sure I see that lil girl protecting a tulip under her umbrella . Great job. We unfortunately are not getting as many April showers. The ground really needs it... so I hope the skys will open up and bless us with a few nice showers.

Hi Everyone, I hope this finds you all well & having a good month. It is getting close to the month of May & the new block to be posted, for the 2012 calendar theme. I have had a sneek peek at it & I know you are all going to love it, just as much as the other four that we have already made. I can't give any more clues yet, but I will try to drop a hint or two when it gets closer to May!! I hope this finds everyone well & having fun sewing.
