YEAH!! It's time again for directions for the new November BOM. I have been asked by Helen (hheelleenn) to post her pick for her. I am sure you will LOVE this one, as Helen told me that every house quilt needed a Castle. So here it is. Have fun everyone. It's called Ida's Castle.

    Hi there,
Glad you asked this question. It is a paper pieced type of pattern, so all you need to do is print the pattern & follow the numbers in each section. It is intiminating to look at, but you will soon get the feel of it. I found it very easy to make. Good Luck with your block & please do keep us posted.

I am thinking about how I'm going to put these blocks together. Are there any "rules" that give a good proportion of width of sashing to size of block?
