I hope you have had a wonderful day & some yummy cake & ice cream. Also thank you for your compliment on my Castle block. I must admitt that it took me several attempts at making the pp'd block before I finally caught on. We are just glad that you keep visiting us each month.

Thank you Cheryl!! I did have a great day--no cake or ice cream though trying to loose weight.

I see you live in Washington. I have a sister that lives north of Seattle. Do you live anywhere near there?

SulaBug, I love your Castle. Great job.

I haven't been able to get online lately due to computer problems. Hope to get it repaired soon. Have to save some dough first. LOL

If I don't get it repaired before Thanksgiving, I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving now!!!!

It is rest to the weary, daylight to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad and nature's best antidote for trouble. Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed or stolen."

    November finished

Now I'm caught up with my houses! Next on to my stars. I've really gotten behind, what with traveling, and crafting for church. Of course now it'll be Christmas craftingName: castle resized.jpg

Lynn, your Castle is wonderful, too!! I just love it & the color's that you have put together. I think this block is one on the most fun ones that we have made so far. I guess I can't really say that, as I have loved them all!! Thank you so much for sharing with all of us here on the QB.

Another Wonderful Castle block for November. I really like the night sky & the choice of fabric color's that you chose to put together for your block. It is so fun to see each block, as they are posted. Great work!! Good luck with your Star blocks now.

I didn't see any instructions either but just break it down to small sections. Divide pattern into the sections with dark dividing line. Then in those sections piece (A) following the numerical order, then (B) following numerical order etc. Then join (A) (B) etc together to complete each of those larger individual sections. Then join those completed sections together. From the look of the pattern, the seam allowance between the larger sections in built in (I think)but someone tell me if I am wrong - I haven't made it yet.

I hope that doesn't sound too confusing. If it does, I'm sure someone else may be able to explain it more clearly.

SulaBug, I love your castle and the colors you used to "build" it. The windows are especially sharp. Thanks for sharing.
