Week 4 Blocks
Here's mine. I have no idea why the "pie" in B2 is smaller in the first one. I made that one several months ago and I don't remember which instructions I followed. I think I printed the templates then and this time I printed the block.

This is my third attempt to post my photos of weeks 1-3. (Been away from the machine for many weeks!) Mine are a bit wonky-- especially the couple I did on the road by hand.
I'm using scraps, with an effort to stay in the "jewel" tones.

Hello again.
I've been plugging away at my blocks...
A little info on EPP (English Paper Piecing) :
Basically, I print out the block, cut out individual pieces and baste the fabric to these pieces.
Then they are whip-stitched together.
the back of a-6
I use regular Guttermann thread - and a size 12 between needle (I need the smallest
needle so I only pick up a few threads on the whip stitching)
Traditionally, EPP is used on convex shapes with straight edges (no indents)
like hexagons and diamonds. This is the first time I've tried with curves.
The concave curves need to be clipped - but it has worked so far...
. the backs of b-3 and b-1
The blocks are 6cm - so I think the centre blocks will finish about 36 inches.
a-6 a-8 b-4
c-1 b-13 c-3
I believe that the original b-13 was made with a single fussy-cut square -
so I decided to re-design it since every EPP needs some hexagons

Nice work all.
@hex nut: ooooooooh! Thanks for showing the backs. I had only done EPP with hexis before this project so I quickly needed to expand my bag of tricks. LOVE It!

I give up. Have been trying for over an hour to upload my pic. I'm apparently not the only one not able to upload right now. I'll try again another day.
