hex nut: they look great! Wonderful fussy cutting you did (airplanes and turtles). Perhaps it is telling you that it is time for a trip to the island.

I managed to make A9 & A11 this week. I am still working on my AOTH and that takes up most of my quilting time. I have the next 4 blocks printed along with the patterns and I hope to do some more blocks next week.

Magnificent blocks ladies!
I this week not used any PIN!
I learned a new technique called "Patchwork unused needle".
And I got a small clock to the room where I make my stitching.
I just present in QB, you can see more pictures here: http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...e-t197297.html
I hope to resume my Dear Jane next week, because I'm finishing an AOTH block.
Have all a beautiful weekend!
A strong hug!

Hi ladies, Here are my latest blocks, BR11, BR12, G12, TR4, TR12, and TR13.
I have to say it is a wonder I managed to do ANY sewing - with the Olympics at the moment.
It has all been so exciting - I have loved it all - and it closes tomorrow. Will definitely watch the closing ceremony - hope it is as good as the opening one !!
I go to my monthly Dear Jane meeting tomorrow in a lovely village hall about 40 minutes drive away. It is in a very quaint English village with just the village green - the Church and the Public House. There must be a little shop for necessities - but I haven't found it yet LOL.
Hope you all have a nice weekend !

Gladys: that's a wonderful clock!
Dotty: more great blocks as usual!
And for anyone else I haven't personally mentioned....all the blocks are gorgeous! Keep up the great work. I have a few days off starting Monday & fully intend to get back at my Jane.
