Welcome Julielhs & Jacquie! These little blocks are pretty addicting, jump in where we are!
Here is one I'm catching up with. C-2 Streak of Lightning.

The block looks more skewed in the picture than it really is. The holes you see are where I basted it-which helped me quite a bit. Other than that, I followed the method from thatquilt.blogspot. I machine basted the top, white block onto the paper before I cut the center out, then I machine basted along the four sides after I got the inside edges turned under (on top of the center piece). It definitely helped it from shifting around as I appliqued the top piece down.
Happy Thanksgiving and safe travels.

It’s hard to believe I haven’t contributed to this thread for a month! Time flies. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.
First, thanks everyone for the compliments on my last sets of blocks. It is so nice to hear kind words.
And, I just read through all the posts from the last month! Wow! More great blocks to admire.
Freaw - I love those pink and chocolate themed blocks
Katybob – love those fabrics, so soft and appealing. Those will make beautiful quilts
Nancy, I miss seeing your blocks. I also was thinking you were enjoying your new house and just hadn’t settled into the sewing room yet. I hope you can join back in with us sooner than later.
Gus, you are the best group leader! Thanks for all of the tutorials with the great pictures. They really help.
CindyA – your blocks are great! I love the fabrics you are choosing. It is going to be a stunning quilt. Your appliqué of the triangles is amazing.
Dotty – love those Christmas themed block. I can’t wait to see your quilt all put together.
Hexnut – love your blocks and looking at the fabulous fussy cutting you do. I enjoyed how those swirls and heart pieces came out.
Welcome Julielhs & Jacquie. I look forward to seeing your blocks!
Here are my week 12 blocks (A12, B5, B6)

Hi to all, I have been away for probably close to 2 months, working on finishing up 8 lap quits before Christmas, and still have 5 to finish after Christmas. I am still hoping to get back to my DJ soon. I see in a post from JudyTheSewer, that she had organized her blocks in a virtual wall. Is there a way that I could do this? I have completed only 4 rows, so that gives you an idea of how behind I really am. Well, enough from me. Help with the wall if anyone can, would be appreciated. Maybe if I keep coming back, instead of hiding, because I am behind, I can get back on track. Hope all had a great Thanksgiving, and look forward to the time of joy ahead of us.

Hi spartan quilter,
The design wall photo above is just a picture of My Block Chart from the Dear Jane software. I did a copy/paste into Paint and then cropped the portion I wanted to share. If you have the software and need assistance in putting your blocks into its design wall, please let us know. And....yes, please continue to visit here until you have time to resume your quilt.

Drawing of the outline in white
Hello, Spartan Quilter!
I hope to understand what I write, I don't know their English language and using a translator to communicate. I apologize for the errors and bad grammar which content this post.
I have a drawing of the outline in white. I did it with a special program called "Visio" design.
But, if you know how to use the Microsoft Excel program, could operate my crazy idea:
1) Open a new workbook in Excel. Copy this drawing and paste it on a worksheet. Save the file with a name in your computer and close the file for more security (eg: Jane Dear schema).
(2) Must have addition on your computer previously photos of each block fair, borderless or surplus (as the photos of my blocks - see post # 1819 of this thread) in a special folder.
(3) Open new excel workbook and displayed on your screen the base drawing. Press the "Insert" button and select "Image", you must find your special folder. Select the photo and enter insert. You will see your photo on the very large schema. You should reduce that picture until it fits in the place that corresponds. EJ. A-1 in the place of A-1.
(4) Once you've inserted the picture you must "Save" the file. So with each photo. It is the only way to go protect the file.
So you can have your "design wall" Although it can not save it as image to share in another place, at least it will have on your computer.
Leave schema blank image.
And a picture of my "design wall" at this time!
I hope I have expressed clearly and leave a big hug! : Thumbup:

And here are Week 14's blocks: RS1 and BR4

I had problems adding the muslin fabric on BR4 - not all areas have the extra border width I like to have on the blocks.

Judy and Cindy and Gladys and everyone else, all great blocks as always! Here's Week 46 for me:

By the way, by my count there are 90 weeks of this project, so we just passed the half-way mark!
