I just reread Judy's first clue and am getting very intrigued. Here's my clue # one.

I love the cats, whitepine--I have a piece of the one in the upper right corner in orange. It always reminds me of my girl, Olive.

Wow, we are going to have some lovely quilts! Quilters are so darn creative -- strings and postage stamps and who knows what someone else will come up with!

Whitepine: Your blocks are great. So many of the fussy cut novelties are so much fun. Unlike mine, all yours read dark which, considering how important value is in scrappies, I bet will work really well.

I'm in. I just have a late start. I have chicken eggs in an incubator that will hatch in a day or two and I got a new sewing friend.....a lovely 221. I can't wait to try her out!

Whitepine, Love how your blocks turned out. They are dark like mine are turning out to be. I was considering changing some of my squares but changed my mind after I saw how good your look. Almost through sewing them together. Will be ready for Clue # 2.
