Glad you noticed the threads Sandpat. They are hand dyed and I have them sent from South Africa.

I had no idea Michelle...is it the same place Elle gets her silk ribbons??? It is really yummy...worth the wait to get them!

Topaz-Spain, I love your block. Another beauty. Beautiful thread too. I would love to come to your part of Spain. I love the spring time but here in Florida I am usually inside with my allergies. The oak trees, pine trees, and orange trees are all blooming and I miss going outside in the cool weather.

Beautiful work. I am so glad I found this site as I started this quilt and got overwhelmed and stopped and now perhaps I can pick up where I left off.
