This was a lovely block to do...I did it in pastels, but I think I might have another try in something a bit brighter ( I do love my pastels!)

I've no idea Helen....I cant even remember where I originally got the fabric from, I was probably from some charity shop...I buy a lot of new fabrics from them!

This was so nice and easy as you promised. I think it will work great for the corduroy quilt I need to make for a friend.

I love Friendship Star!! And that tree in your center block--what a nice touch!! Are you going to make more with a tree??

So many color options with this one. Has anyone read "A Quilt Maker's Gift?" I made the one I saw in there--it has a varigated background in blue prints and different stars all over. Not for the left brained quilter. :lol:
