I would love to play - my vote is for stars, love them, and my son needs a new quilt (thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it)

I will be working on one star quilt very soon, need it for about the first of the year, it will be red, white and blue.
If need be and I learn how to go about it, I would be happy to host a BOM 2011 for houses.

I would like to do houses, as there are lots of star BOM out on the web. How about 2, one stars and one houses, then everyone would be happy.

Your chocolate stars are just beautiful and inspiring. I think if we do the star BOM I would opt for the chocolate fabrics.
Although, I would like to do the houses as my first choice.

thank you I love the chocolate stars myself. Its is turning out to be an awesome quilt. when my BFF & I are finished with them (we are doing it together out of the same fabrics). We will post twin pictures, we are still trying to come up with a flashy name for them.

I am working on a blue star quilt now. I need to find a way of doing them so I don't lose my points. So I would opt to do another next year.

The house thing is interesting. Maybe expand it to a Neighborhood theme? Schools, houses, stores, outhouses... That would really jazz things up.
