Jeanie...looking good!!

aforristall...I am using Kansas Troubles fabrics. Most are from the Through the Years line, but I have some from other KT lines and they all coordinate so I am throwing in some of those too...

No, I am just using fabric from my stash. I have had to add some more of the pink and gold colors, and they are hard tones to find.

Like what I am seeing, great work. I have not gotten notification so will subscribe again. Love those colors, Carrie.

Looking great Midwestmom. This thread so exciting to see each step! I am still looking at my stash and wondering where to begin as soon as I finish the Frolic top that is on the vertical wall. Meanwhile, t willl enjoy the 'eye candy' here.

You are ahead of me Midwestmom! Mine just needs the four pieces sewn together. I am enjoying it up on my display wall. I think there is a small border that goes on before the flying geese. Have not looked up the size yet, but it looks small.

Carrie - I was trying to find the border size for the center. What I found said the border was 2" x 2" = what????? Does not make sense. Since I have the CD rather than the book (darn), it is hard to find things. Can you help me out here, list page where the size of the borders are listed. What I found above was in finished block sizes.

The flying geese come after the border that is around the center. The finished size of the flying geese are 2" x 4", so I am using Bonnie Hunters ruler to make them. Have not started on them yet.
