I see the BG pink showing up again and that cheddar yellow will really brighten a spot on the quilt.

I'm trying to follow at least the color family that Laurie shows in the book but then I see another pairing that would work and go with it.

Absolutely, go for what you want and like ... and too, remember your sashing/cornerstones are different than Laurie's so your block fabrics will very. I'm looking forward to seeing a group shot!

Well I checked and I need 4 blocks to complete the first 25. Maybe before the end of the month? No promises but I'll keep it at the top of the pile and see what happens.

Sounds like me ... I had oodles done, and then because of hopscotching, I wouldn't have my 25s done!

It'll all come ... and WE'll all be waiting to see the group shot when you are ready.
