Great looking blocks. I english paper pieced my triangle and it were together with ease.

Thats a good thought, I haven't ever tried to EPP, but this might just be the right project for me to learn..

I did the pieceing in about 2 hours which is probally what it would have taken me to sew it and there was no ripping out of stitches involved.

Your triangle looks stunning. I'll have to read about EPP. I have not made this triangle yet.

mama....did you just print out the outline drawing and then cut the pieces apart to use as the EPP patterns?

Yes, I did just cut on the outline with no seam allowance except for the pieces that were the outer edge. The pieces that make up the outer edge I included the 1/4 inch seam allowance, if you don't do this then the block will be short all the way around. I also cheated and didn't baste my pieces, I used washable stick glue. I would never do this on a big project like a grandmothers flower garden. When I had all the pieces sewn together I soaked the block for a few minutes and removed the paper backing, pressed the triange and squared it up. Hope this helps.
