Here is a link to the Gallery of Janes here on the board too. Its not all of them that I've seen though. Although I do see BlueChicken's in there and we've been looking for that one!

Sandy, I went to the Dear Jane website and your quilt is absolutely beautiful. I love your colors and your workmanship is superb. I bought the Dear Jane quilt design software from The Electric Quilt Company but I haven't opened it yet. I bought the book in 2003 but I was too intimidated to make the quilt. Hopefully I will start my Dear Jane this year.

That sounds great Losie...get started on yours! I loved doing mine and thank you so much for the compliments...you make a girl blush!

Thanks Sew, Patti and Sara. It's already entered into two quilt shows Patti. Our local show is in Oct. and another one out of town in Aug. It's a good thing you can't see it up close because it has a fair share of booboos. I figured they just made it mine! It would never pass the real quilt police test. But I love it anyway. It's so weird but I feel kind of lost without her to work on. I plan on finishing a ton of WIP before starting another project. Believe me, I wanted to do the AOTH with you all but must get these other things done before I pass on! LOL!!! Not planning on passing soon but I have over 25 WIPS. Isn't that awful? I'm so easily led to a new project! Have mostly backing and bindings to do.

Oh Jan....nobody will notice any booboos in your masterpiece! I have some in mine also, I just say those are showing my learning curve :D I am starting to work on my UFO pile during my regular sewing time during the day and then work on AOTH by hand at night while watching tv. I have over 12 myself!! Its shameful, I know. DH asked my about it the other day and I stopped counting at 12...so what the heck...come on and start playing on AOTH and work on the others during the day like some of the rest of us are! LOL!

Brilliant, I am so pleased to hear that other people have several pieces of work on the go at any time. My mother still gives me grief over starting new bits without finishing the last, but sometimes I find it urgent to start a new piece!.LOL!

i have several UFO's also.
Also, my jane is on a 'hold' right now.
jan, i like the color choice of your alternate plain tri's. very colorful. good choices--all ranges of colors.

Thanks Sew! I chose the ones I liked the best from my hugh pile of DJ fabrics. I need to find another project to use those pieces up. There I go looking for something else to do!!!!!! LOL!!!
I like the term 'learning curve' Patti! It's certainly too late to fix them now! Are any of you going to insure your DJs? I'm sending her to one of the quilt shows and you have to sign a waver that they won't be responsible for them. Makes me nervous. How much is another question?

Hey, I am on to stitching the triangles together. I have got the top quilted in 9 sets and am getting ready to attach the triangles to the sets so that I can attach the backing! If you see what I mean.

Awesome Sara!! Can't wait to see your pics.

Think I might take some this weekend just to give me an idea of the effect. Depends if the sun shines though!
