The outer green leaves on this one aren't Batik, but I wanted something bright and striped.

I think I wrote somewhere I was working on 25, well its not its 35 I am at the embroidery part at the moment. was so tired I didn´t do anything last night.

I'm using a mix of fabrics too Lesley..batiks, cottons, just whatever. I like this block of yours, it is bright and cheery. The stripes are perfect!

Thanks Patti, I don't see too many striped fabrics, so I grab them when I do. I bought that one for a Paddy's Day wallhanging! Amazing what comes in useful.

Here is my block 25. I am sort of doing them at random at the moment, if I were totally truthfull looking for the easy ones lol

There's no shame in that - it will give you more time to perfect everything before you need to tackle some of the not quite so easy ones - by the time you get to them, you will be brimming with confidence! :thumbup:

Elle...this one is absolutely beautiful...I love this one!! Its warm and cool looking all at the same time!

Blocks always show up better on QB than when I see them on my computer. QB shows all the little out of place threads and the uneven curves and higgele de piggelde lines...LOL.

Donna, just coming up on our TV (Britsh that is) that there were 2 people killed in Lorca, lots of building damaged as well, usually we just have small tremors, this must have been quite big, don´t know the size.

Like the flashes of yellow in this one and it looks very good with the red thread.

Had to give the needle turn a miss on this one. Here is my block 25. I love all of your blocks posted here.

Great colours - The polkadot centre is a bit of fun and I thought about using buttons for the centres also.

I think its a great idea.

Dee, Pat and Losie, thanks for the kind words. Pat, still lots os mistakes in my bobbin work, but it is getting easier, by the time I get to block #36,it'll be almost second nature :mrgreen: :lol:
Losie, I am not doing a center, per se. I am just going to set all my blocks on point with golden metallic shashing. I have 15 blocks to go, it is almost time to think about my setting triangles, what do I want to do? Keep going back and forth here.LOL.
