Hello! I figure since I actually started my 1st block (Best Friend) this past weekend (finished today) that I would introduce myself here and officially join. I will try to post the picture on the right thread tomorrow.
A good friend (and new quilter) are each making this quilt. I have been quilting for a few years now, but this one will definitely be the most challenging! We figured we could help each other and lean on this group when we can't figure it out!! Someone (Jeanne, I think) suggested I just jump in where the group is at so that is what I did. I will work on the current week's blocks and past as I have time. I am using Kansas Troubles fabrics....got FQs as I don't have a lot of scraps in the colors I wanted. I have been looking at all of your blocks each week and can't wait to add mine! Carrie |
