Here is my July block.
I really like it with the black background, though I haven't used it for any of the other blocks. Might have to make another one with a lite background, will have to wait and see. My July Block |
fun2quilt, that is so awesome! I love the black.

where does one get the bom pattern?
|
http://www.quilterscache.com/B/BirdofParadiseBlock.html
hope the attached works. if not go to BOM on the bottom of the page, look for 2010 BOM Each month has two links, one for information and the link to the pattern, the second link for each month will state pictures. Hope that helps, look forward to seeing your blocks. |

Here'a a picture of my July BOM. Had fun with this...I drew it in EQ6 and then paper pieced it.
|
It always amazes me how different the "same" block looks when made with different fabrics.
I like them all. |
That is a beautiful block, I might have to try this one :D . God bless. Penny

Donna I just love your quilt. I think this is the first time anyone has shown one of the blocks done in a full quilt. Gorgeous !!! Purple being my favorite color doesn't have anything to do with it either LOL Thanks for sharing
|
the border is really awesome a well!
great choices! |
LOVING IT!!!!! How did you do the border??
|
I just used a lunch plate and made a circle sewed around the circle and then cut in half turned right right out and then sewed them on the binding alternating each color....easy as pie. Thank you for all the nice compliments
