I bought a Quilt in a Day 4 1/2" Triangle square up ruler that allows me to make HST from 1/2" to 4". I can make 8 at a time and it is so easy and accurate. I love it and I can't imagine making all of these blocks without it. I joined in June and I have finished 2 June blocks and the bonus block. I made the January block and I have my February and July patterns and fabric on my cutting table. I only wish I had a maid to clean the house so I could spend more time quilting.

Here is a June block, Alaska. This one is just a hair short of being 10 1/2" square. Soooooo close, yet....oh well, things are improving with each block. The picture was taken at night, so it looks darker than the others.

I sewed all of the 2 little triangles to the first solid square in the wrong order. I did not realize it until I had all 4 corner bits sewn together. It's growing, now on to the fourth block. I wish I had put green in the middle of the middle block too late now. Not sure I'm going to have enough of this fabric so being stingy with it. LOL
