Rhonda's Scrap Club Quilt Along

Week 14 Quilt Block
Here is another quilt block you can make. Hope you are enjoying the quilt along!
I used HSTs for the outside rows and for the inside I used a rail fence block for this first quilt block.
The layout of course is after the quilt block picture.
You can put anything you like in the middle of this "frame"
You could use any 4 x 4 grid for the center also. A 4 x 4 grid means any quilt block made with 4 rows of 4 blocks in each row. 4 across by 4 down.

Or you could make crazy quilt blocks for the center.
If you need directions for making them I do have a tutorial or you can find a crumbs tutorial here on the QB

Rhonda, I love your blocks. I will have to try them. Can anyone join the scrappy club? If so I would love to join. It might take me a while to catch up on all the reading thou! But I have scraps Lots and lots and lots of scraps! I try to cut them down when I am finished with a project, but not all of them get cut into a size, They are the ones waiting!

Still pretty Rhonda. I'm following along but admit I'm not making them because am still trying to focus on finishing things and starting some new projects I was supposed to have done a long time ago.

I've been printing off the blocks and ready to use. Although I haven't been able to do much sewing lately, I'm using your method of piecing scraps together (as leaders and enders) and starting to build up enough pieces to start cutting them into workable squares. I love this method and not much thinking involved. Thanks Rhonda!!

Week 17
Here is another one!! I really like this one. I am going to play with it in EQ and see how this would look repeated in a quilt.
