I'm going to be a substitute as it looks like Dawn must have forgotten it is her turn and I know you all are just itching to get started on a new block.
I've chosen Morning Star 2. It is 2 pins on Quilter's Cache so should not be too difficult for newbies. I made mine in pretty bold colors. Will be fun to see the different combinations you all do. Here is the link for the directions:
