"Frozen Shoulder" Update
#1
Well...it's not Frozen Shoulder, yet.
Went to the doc today, sent me for xrays and then called with the news that what I have is "Calcific Tendonitis" Seems that it only hurts as it's getting better! How weird is that? Thing is, as it's getting better it CAN (not necessarily tho) cause frozen shoulder.
I get to go see the Ortho on the 16th of Sept...

I have a lot of shoulder issues right now. Pharmacist suggest Therm a Care. It provides 8 hours of heat which makes the blood flow in the shoulder which is suppose to help it. It does feel better when I use the Therm a Care. Hope your shoulder doesn't freeze up. Prayers for quick recovery and pain relief.

After having rotator cuff surgery on 28 Jan this year and 4 1/2 months of PT, I can say - KEEP MOVING! Motion is Lotion. I joined an exercise class and it is helping. Not back golfing yet, but will be soon.
