My physical therapist massaged my shoulder after the therapy....you talk about feeling like having a new shoulder!!!! It was wonderful!

I had frozen shoulder once... went to therapy for several weeks where they had me do some simple exercises, manipulated the shoulder to release the "lumps" (cant remember right now what they are called)... then they iced it... it felt much better each session... that was 7 years ago and havent had any trouble since. Good luck... it does get better.
