Does anyone else watch this show? I don't know why, but I'm kind of obsessed with it. It's may or may not be realistic, but it's just so nice. Good always wins over evil. Pa and Ma were just so good. It's just a nice little escape from regular life.

So what's your favorite episode?

I loved the books, and we watched the shows as we were growing up.

Is it still on? I watched every episode when it first came on. In fact I was in labor with child #1 while it was on missed one episode. Had to figure out which one later on.
I loved the closeness of the family and always wished my family was like that.

I read her books as a young child. Loved them. So then I watched the shows whenever I could.

I watch "Little House" almost every day. I especially like the older shows when Laura and Mary were little girls. I think my favorite is the one where Mr. Edwards appears at the Ingalls' door on Christmas Eve covered in ice and snow, bringing Santa Claus's presents for the girls. The episode where Nellie and her wheel chair wind up in a pond after she fakes an injury would be next in line.

I watch that with my mom and also watch The Waltons. These are both on Hallmark channel in the daytime every day. They're so nice and heartwarming and not violent and gory.

I didn't see too many of the Walton series when they were on and I just love their family. Makes you want to have a family like that. They just touch your heart. My kids don't live near me so we can't share our day to day activities as they did. So sweet.

That episode reminds me how much we now take for granted. The girls were so excited that they got their own cups and an orange for their Christmas presents.
