    Article about the Earthquake

    http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSTRE6BT2EY20101230

I was awaken by the house shaking at 7:55 a.m. and felt the after shock

My shih tzu dog 7 1/2 years old started whining, he was scared.

    We are fine!

(*this is the 2nd time that I have felt an Earthquake at my house, the other one several years ago when my friend was visiting me and it scared her to death)

Wow, how big was it...I was sound asleep at that time, so I don't think I felt it here in Michigan.

Glad there was no damage or injuries. I've been through 3 tornadoes and numerous hurricanes (when we lived in the Houston area), but never an earthquake. For some reason, those seem way scarier to me...fear of the unknown, I guess.

We get a lot of earthquakes here in California. But most buildings are built to withstand them. Glad you were okay. Earthquakes and snow, what a combination!

We had one North of us in a town called Maupin.
We live in an area surrounded by volcanoes....LOL
So a pesky 3.6 earthquake is nothing.
