the epson salts work very well. I deal with nerve pain and this gives my body some down time not a lot but it does work.

yes works better if pain area in water.
I filled bath as high as possible and schooched down as much as I could to get my neck and shoulders in.
i suppose another way you could try is to lay down in tub and lay legs over side and run water but don't drown !!

Thanks Dreamer, always looking for more "pretty" ways to solve pain issues. I have RA, hurt all over, do take pain meds and comman meds for arthritis. Of course that leads to other side issues..... making up a batch today!
