According to about.com, this is the newest current "urban legend" It's not true, and the photo is doctored. Sorry, this is a cool photo, but it's a hoax!

Oh mu gosh. That is so cool. Wish my balance was near that good. I like Wyoming. Lived in sundance for a couple of years in the 60's. Thanks for sharing. Yea Ditter!!!!!!!!!!!
