Thank you all for the kind words! The link for the patterns was posted by raptureready on page 2 of this thread. I have had so much fun! Grandma's are just antique little girls so we can enjoy dolls too! My DG is excited to have the clothes for her doll. She is telling me now that she would like some pants and pj's for her too. Her mom (my DD) and she have already made a quilt for the doll and DGD did most of the sewing herself! She is very proud of her first quilt! Please feel free to post pictures of the clothes you make. I would love to see them.

Raptureready, I loved the patterns you showed and tried to download them, but my computer won't recognize the way they were put in, so I can't do it.

Nanamoms, McCall' M5019 is the pattern I used for the sleeping bags. It calls for a 28 inch zipper. Joann's just had the one that zips from both ends of the zipper at that size, so I got a 30 inch separating one and just put the extra length in the lining. They are a wide zipper and I don't think that the fabric will caught in them. If you wanted to, you could cut off the extra and fasten the length, but I just sewed the opening that it comes out closed by hand. The zipper is a little tricky, but by the third one it looked a lot better! The sleeping bag opens up flat, which I think is a great idea. The pattern also has PJs and Robe, a Pillow Chair, and a Tote Bag big enough to carry 2 dolls. I didn't put the sleeve in the bag for the dolls, nor the pocket on the front so the bags I made can be reversible. I hope this helps.

Those of you that have noticed the different dolls in the different stores, is there much difference in the quality of the dolls? Any that stood above the others, other than the expensive AG dolls? I'm sure that others would like to know this too. Thanks.

My favorite is the red dot dress. I'm thinking that's Molly's birthday dress pattern? It's hard to tell with such a different fabric. The yellow dress with the butterflies gets me based on the fabric alone. Good job grandma!
