I've only had to call Tech support a couple of times (for my e-mail account through our phone company) and I actually ask for a certian Tech person. He is the friendliest person and has helped me out without making me feel stupid. It was when I got a new laptop and couldn't get it to work with the wireless. One person I got made me feel stupid, so I told him I'd call back a different time. I hung up, called back, asked for the person I like, and he walked me right through things.

Loved this! BTW, I learned computerese in WordPerfect and liked that program better than Word or any of the knockoffs and regret WP did not make the "cut." Please, Ditter, keep 'em coming!!!!!

My mother in law just called Social Security since her deceased husband's monthly check keeps getting sent and she notified them with death cert and everything they asked for.

The assistor asked her "are you sure he is dead?". I mean really what were they thinking?
