So many moms, grandmas and aunties on this board! You are all so creative and generous with your quilts for children. I'm wondering if any of you also do other creating, particularly for little girls. In public I've seen cute altered sneakers, skirts sewn onto tank tops, etc. but I don't know where to find ideas and tutorials for projects like these. Can you please suggest your favorite blogs? I have sewn dresses for my 4 granddaughters but now that they are all teenagers that is no more. Now I make them quilts. I went thru the patterns at JoAnn's and would buy dress patterns that were easy and usually sun dresses. I also browse thru Pinterest all the time and get ideas. Good luck to you.
