I think if you wanna get rid of your stuff cheap, that's the way to do it. But, if you're wanting to make some money enlist the help of someone so you can get some $$.

Wow..what a clever idea.
I hope you make lots of cash!
Let us know how it goes.
My daughter's neighborhood yard sales are in June. Maybe we'll do the same thing.

When I go to garage sales I look for the price. If it's not there I usually leave. I dont' like to haggle!

Sorry, just my opinion.

I have never heard of this, but it sounds intriguing. Just make sure you have *large*, very explicit signs up that explain each step for the buyer. If I stopped at this kind of garage sale and did not understand what was happening, I would be more likely to leave than to ask what was going on.

Me too  If its not priced I usually won't wait around for somebody to give me a price. And I don't like digging around in boxes. When we have a yard sale everything is layed out, organized and priced.

I agree with most of the others. I figured that if someone wanted to sell an item then they would price it so make sure you place plenty of signage explaining what you are doing. Remember if you want to get rid of stuff keep the prices low.
