    How do you get that 17 day diet. I have to lose before 4/23/2011 so I need all the help I can get from anyone, in any manner that will work. The 17 day diet might help to lose more, faster. Can you let me know where to get it, please?

It's so helpful to know everyone in this group is behind me. The FQ isn't as important to me as a healthy steady weight loss and good eating habits. God Bless and have a good Monday.

    From what I understand, you have to order the book direct from Dr. Mike Moreno's website. It is not available anywhere else. Good luck with losing! Sandy

    jHolm when I first started to lose weight what I did was convince myself into thinking that sweets are BAD. Every time I walked by donuts or cakes or candy I would say gross that's not good for me. I know it may sound silly but it worked for 6 months and I dropped 20 pounds like it was nothing. Really a lot of it is mind over matter. I know you can do it!!

    as long as you were in last month you could do it this month, you know what your starting weight is. I have the cut off date for the newbies so that aren't behind us a few days. Did I explain that correctly? Well I know what I meant and that is all the matters!!!!!LOL
