Armish Novels

Armish Novels
I have just discovered reading books. I know I am nearly 49 but I always thought books were boring so I always picked up magazines to read. Someone suggested me reading a book called Plain Perfect by Beth Wiseman. I couldn't put it down. Then I borrowed a book form the library called The storekeepers daughter by Wanda E Brunstetter. Can anyone else suggest anymore books along this line?.
Cheers Jackie.

Wanda E. Brunstettar is an excellant writer. She has a lot of good novels out. Most of them are in a series. I go to the library and get the whole series and start with the first and on until I finish them. There is usually 3 or 4 in a series and they are really interesting. I love to read, especially in the winter months when I have to stay in. Check out the local library.

I was like you...had to much other stuff to do then read...waste of time..But I started with Book one of Elm Creek Series and boy I'm loving them I just finished book 12...I see so far she has written book 19...I don't want them to end. They are Quilting stories and ladies who start a quilting camp...

I have read quite a few Amish authors...Eileen Fuller...not sure if I have the first name right. Ann Gebart, Beverly Lewis too.
I got hooked on the Elm Creek Series (Jennifer Chiaverini) first and then moved into the Amish ones. My library had a lot and after I read those I started trading with some locals. When Borders went out of business I bought a bunch at there last sales and now need to fill in some of the series. Always a great way to relax after a few hours of quilting.
