Take care of yourself. Find some way to laugh smile and dance, you might feel a tiny bit lifted.

Sorry you got hurt. Just don't hang on to emotional negativity. It will only hurt you more in the long run. I always try to remember that I can't control other people, but I can sure try to control myself.

I know how you feel-just had this exact thing happen with me last week with my mother who has always been a chaos creator and with my grandparents whom I have always looked up to and adored. They said some really hateful things to me that were extremely hurtful. I never expected my grandparents to feed into her drama and be like that.

Your so right! I'm so sorry someone has hurt you. Just remember there are people out there who will go out of their way not to hurt anyone (like you), and those who do the damage aren't worth our tears.

omg, Do I ever know exactly how you feel. There is nothing worse..."the worst thing about being lied to, is knowing you weren't the truth" (author unknown)

So sorry this has happened to you, sending lots of hugs your way. Some people just don't care about other peoples feelings. Sometimes life is cruel.

I know it hurts. Sometimes what comes out of my mouth comes across very differently than what I meant to say. I think my mother-in-law is still mad at me. I was telling her that I told my new son-in-law that he should be happy they live a few hours away. Family is nice but having your mother-in-law (I was referring to myself) too close might be more than he wanted. She got really upset and asked if I really felt that way about mother-in-laws. (Well, yes, but I was trying to get him to understand that moving away from family can be a good thing. Of course, I don't want to live really close to my Mother either.)

I hope you get a resolution. Sometimes just giving yourself a little time to let it out, eat some great chocolate, and read a book will help a lot.
