everyone around my house wants to point out how old I am...and it isnt even that old!! I still plan to be around for at least another 30-40 years...
I went back to school for my RN at 41 years old - 15 years ago...students that I now teach think it is neat that I would take on the challenge of nursing school and could do so well as an 'old person'.
then we got a foster child that is now 3...and although I sleep really well I at night I can still keep up most of the time- My grown kids always tell me how exhausted they are after 15 minutes of watching her.... We will be in our mid-70's when she graduates from high school...

I remember when one of my kids came home from school when he was in middle school and said "you have got to hear this really neat new rock group...the "Grateful Dead" - told him I had the original albums and became instantly cool...but then he asked what an album was...

... I had an instructor who was taking college courses at 64...she said she was going to be 64 no matter what -might as well enjoy herself..I agree with that philosophy!

old is what you think it is...
