Ditter, I have been making dolls for years and years, just like sewing and quilting and painting, embroidery, beading etc. I have done it all my life and made a living at sewing professionally. I used to do shows and have sold everthing eventually.

Then as I normally do, I change modes and do quilting or painting etc. Now I am in doll mode and I love the beading and will do some silk ribbon embroidery with it too.

I have designed some crows as of late in the same style of beading. I took some pic of her out side and one inside with the crows. I will post them in a min.

I don't have any dolls left for years past, this is a new patch and I think I have about 15 or of different types. I;ll take a pic of the bunch and post.

Here she is, I am calling her the crow queen for now. These are the crows I designed and drafted into a pattern. The white bird is the same crow pattern but made with a spider web quilted block. I made 4 black beaded crows and the cream.

I will be posting all the info on my blog.

I took some outside just now in the Azelea bush, here you can see her back also.

I used Emu feathers for her hair.
