It's call Mexican fruit cake. So moist and has a cream cheese icing. So Yummy. Can be stacked or make in 9X13 pan. Very easy and quick. EVERYBOBY who tastes it loves it. I would be glad to post recipe if someone is interested.

I would love the recipe for the mexican fruit cake and a good regular fruit cake recipe. My favorite cake is chocolate praline cake. MMMMMMMM I gained 10 pounds just reading all the posts

German Chocolate! I just use a box can & can frosting, if I rarely make one. Did them from scratch too, but didn't find a big difference in taste....
