Oh me too. Childhood favorite. Also the Deep Dark Chocolate cake on back of Hersheys Special dark Chocolate can. It is almost black. Love it.

Holy Cow Cake, Hummingbird Cake....Aren't they all good if they have Cake after their name? But the Holy Cow Cake is my favorite for this month.

Layer cake with chocolate frosting, definitely. Beyond that, it's a toss-up between Jewish seven-layer cake and a yellow (butter) two-layer cake with chocolate buttercream frosting.
