My favourite is the raspberry, whipped cream cake my Mother used to bake for my birthday. She would do two round white cakes, split them into 4 layers and put raspberry filling between the layers. Then she would whip the cream and ice it and put it in the fridge until suppertime. I could do it myself but it's just not the same.

Love Carrot cake, especially with crushed pineapple and if you make it using Kraft Mayonnaise...sounds gross, but it makes it more moist and tastes richer.

Second choice in cake for me: German Chocolate; and heavy on the frosting.

Third choice: Any kind of Cheesecake.

Cake my most favorite thing cake! I love cake! My fave has to be white bakery cake with white iceing. Sure wish I knew how they made them. But really I love all cake!

Did you get the recipe? If not I have one, Mine was my MIL's moms Mine has a diffrent iceing than I have seen on others it is almost clear instead of the white or cream cheese iceing.
