I couldn't believe all the wrong info about this product. I grow acres and acres of canola on my farm. We use gallons of it every year in our kitchen. I also use olive oil. I started laughing when I read that I should throw canola oil out. Maybe someday i will, after I throw out the coffee, apple peals, and all the other things that are "supposedly" bad for me given the flavor of the week.

The sad part of all this is that no amount of "real" info will change the minds of people who believe made up scares. Read the info from the Mayo Clinic. It is a great institution(how do I know, we took our son to your country for their expertise and yes he is better).

Driving by a canola field in full bloom is an absolutely heavenly experience ... especially on a motorcycle :)

I stopped worring about what I ate and decided to live for today. I drink real coke no diet. I drink 6 cans a day and my blood work is perfect!!! So I believe in doing what I want I am tired of the worry.

I don't believe everything I read. I have an aunt that is always trying to influence us into believing everything she pulls off the Internet.

Geeeeeeeeee why don't they broadcast the warnings concerning PESTICIDES and all the crap they feed the animals, then expect folks to eat it. These facts will kill us faster than any oil. At least the oil keeps are joints from squeaking! :)

remember when they told us to not eat eggs or manybe it was you could eat 2 per week something stupid like that. if your are going to get sick you will and you will die when the good Lord wants you home it doesn't matter what you eat ot don't eat what you do or don't do. Life is a crap shoot and no matter if we like it or not we have to play the game.

Jade, that's amazing. I have to be really careful with sugary stuff. My liver enzymes were really funky until I cut out sugars, simple carbs etc. And I'm such a sugar freak but the less I consume the less I crave. I react very strangely to it.
I really do think diet coke is much worse for people than regular.
