I have a walk-man and ear plugs. Put it on any station and it lulls me back to sleep

MidNites supplements. I feel your pain. I work 11-7 and sometimes I have a heck of a time falling asleep before work but when I take 1 of them, I can sleep for a good 3-4 hours and I don't wake up all groggy. Love them.
