Grab a lemon drink and a panadol then go lay down for 15 minutes and you'll feel better.

Cold and flu season already? I had a wicked headache Sunday and swollen glands. I hope it doesn't develope into something else. Nothing I hate worse than a aching, stuffy head cold unless it's a bad case of broncitis. Time to stock up on Lemon cold relief and Benylin with codeine.

my daughter brought over some cough syrup with codeine and I also sat in the tub with Epsom salts.today is not great but a bit better.
