I got an email purportedly from the USPS. It was about a package I had mailed. Said it couldn't be delivered as addressed. Crazy, because the USPS didn't ask for my email address when I mailed the package.
Went to USPS site - it was a bogus email, and the USPS was looking into it. It warned NOT to click on the links as it would give a 'Trojan Horse' virus access to your machine and quite literally cripple your pc.
So be very careful when you get an official looking email from any so called government source. Do NOT open links.

I also got the Chase email. I knew it was a scam. I didn't open it. I did google the email title and there were articles describing the scam email.
I have gotten others. I google the senders full email address. Type it in the search field so I don't have to touch the email at all. I also google the title.
They are known scams.
Be careful.

I got a call one time from a guy going to make me "the BEST deal I've ever had!" I strung him along...finally when he asked where my husband worked, I HAD to tell him........my DH worked as a corrections officer for the state pen. LOL....that man hung up so fast it was pathetic!
