Ok - so some of you will have read the books or seen the films - right?

Well my daughter and I just finished reading the books and were sitting with a fellow quilter the other day (sewing round my big work table - like you do!) and my Daughter asks this question.....

'So would you be a Warewolf or a Vampire?'

While my girlfriend was mulling over this question - quick as a flash I replied...

'VAMPIRE OF COURSE!!!!.......'

Vampire for me too. Running around all shaggy doesn't appeal to me. But having super fast powers, forever to work on quilts, etc. sounds pretty good.

I don't know, but I really liked the fabrics for Twilight.

I would have to say vampire too. More energy and no sleep, could probably pop out a quilt every 24hrs or so.

I agree. Then, when my kids are sleeping at night, I can quilt. They are what keeps me from sitting at my machine all day long, and knowing I have to get up with them in the morning is what stops me from sitting at it all night! lol

But...I would have picked vampire long before I started quilting. I kind of love vampires...and blood fascinates me.

Do you think they could make a machine quick enough to keep up with a vampire?

Hee hee - good point!

I think my trusty Bernina would give it a go!

Does anyone have links to this Twilight fabric??? I just googled and came up with nothing (slowest internet conection in the world)

As I am saying this - I am regretting it - I see a Twilight quilt in our future!!!!!!!

Twilight 'Vampires' (and I would be a 'good' vampire) don't do fangs and blood dripping!!!!

ANYWAY - its not much worse than some of the other crap I get on my work table! LOL!
