Sounds like fun. It just started snowing here a couple of hours ago, so we will have a White Christmas. I will be cutting blocks, and embroidering some crazy quilt blocks.
I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas.

Our family also live far away and we don't travel. We have had to many bad storms to drive thru and it is not worth it. My DH will probably go ice fishing and I will be quilting and spending time with my 2 four legged babies.

We are expecting rain, sleet, freezing rain, and snow tomorrow, so it will just be me and DH. I will be fixing chicken and noodles and a pumpkin pie for DH. Our youngest son and his family live next door, so they will probably stop by and visit for awhile. I am planning on doing some hand quilting and what ever else suits my fancy. Merry Christmas to all!!!!!!

Just got through with three days of non-stop Christmas dinners with family; so I will be spending the day by myself, doing what I enjoy the most...quilting, of course! My four-leggers will be glad to have me back in their control as well.

We had Christmas this evening everyone gone and I am still up. I worked from 7:30 AM til 7:30PM. Tomorrow I will finish the laundry and hope to work on the quilt I am working on. Always fun to get together but, glad it isn't often. The Grands are 25 - 10 YO. Shopping is easier because I give gift cards. Always the right size and color and a perfect fit.

Love your Christmas traditions. I'm heading to Atlanta airport to pick up DD from WA, while DH is at work--doctor and medical examiner. Other DD and 2 darling GSs are driving down tomorrow. SIL will join us later in the week (he is manager of a large retail store) & we'll have a Christmas/New Year's celebration then. Probably not much quilting for a few days.
