how thoughtful of you. most residents end up on medicaid or social security and only get to keep $50 a month for personal spending. if they have cable or a phone that knocks out most of their spending money. and the smoker really see all their money go up in smokes.
anything you can give them is much appreciated and your old stuff is their new stuff.

thanks for sharing they are in need of clothes in them homes.. some of them like to read if able I have donated books and puzzles more puzzles then anything..they really get a joy with them

some of the resident would still enjoy craft things too. some are still able to crochet or knit, some would just enjoy looking at the stuff. each facility is required to help residents with activities the residents want to do so any supplies would be appreciated.

Thank you!! you are always full of great ideas!!! I actually have clothing from my mom, and haven't been able to part with it yet, but will certainly know where I'm going to take it and maybe help someone else out!!
