Tea for me, please - milk, no sugar. I used to drink coffee and like it very much but nowadays I get terrible reflux whenever I drink coffee. :-(

same here, moring coffee, 2 cups. sometimes decaf after dinner but usually tea in the evening, 2 cups of tea at work, Tension Tamer is my favorite. Grew up in the south, LOVE sweet iced tea in the summer, make it by the 1/2 gallon and it is gone in a flash (not all by me)

I'm the exact opposite. If i drink coffee late in the day I'll be up for a long long time... unless I've had a very tiring day. With tea I'm not up later... but if I drink something with mint and chamomile I'll go to sleep with in the hour. (Celestial seasonings Sleepy Time Tea and Liptons Bedtime Stories are the best for this.)

Tea for me,hot first thing in the morning.
Used to drink coffee then one day just the thought of it made me feel a little sick,something happened with iced tea,so now it is 1 can of Diet Pepsi a day and then the rest is water with LOTS of ice. :D :thumbup: :D

one cup of coffee in the morning , then cold tea the rest of the day.used to drink hot tea in the mornings but hubby wanted a large coffee pot.

tea, no sugar and no lemon. I like it iced or hot, either way.

Coffee for me, I like Starbuck's breakfast blend. Never did care much for tea, but my DH drinks about a 1/2 gal. a day. I drink 1 coke at lunch time, then I'm on the water the rest of the day & evening

4:30am til 10:00am several pots of Starbucks Coffee black and strong 10:00am til bedtime Liptons ColdBrew tea made very strong with 2 family sized bags in sm pitcher. If no one is home but me, in the winter, I star another pot of coffee around 4:00 pm. I sleep like a baby!
