I wanted a granddaughter and got 3 grandsons.....so I'm now waiting (and it will be awhile!) for a great-granddaughter. Resisting the urge to make her a quilt...I am so tired of trucks and superheroes!!!! I want to use lime and bright pink with a little turquoise and some white!!!!

Thanks friend Myrna. So glad you liked the little things I made. Was able to give the baby quilt made by Rose Howell and the doll quilt she also made, and a doll to the child last Sunday. The father has stage 4 liver cancer, The little girl is older then I thought and will be 7 July 26th. (looks more 4 or 5...tiny child) A quilter has sent a quilt just for her to help comfort her with her fathers sad condition. It will arrive Fridy. Not sure how long he has yet. Their newest baby is due May 15th. Mother was glad to have them as she said she hasn't gotten much for the new baby. Saturday I will go through some baby stuff the church got donated, as she doesn't mind that the items are gently used, and it will help her out
