Don't have a copper pan but use cast iron on my glass top stove every day. Have had no problems.

Same here, my stainless steel set recommends hand washing and I use Bar Keeper's friend powder for stubborn stuck on foods. My All-Clad non- stick fry pans also are hand wash only.

I bought the "Copper Chef" 9.5 in. square pan from QVC - I love it! It is also dishwasher safe so not sure why the others are not.

I haven't tried them. I love my ScanPans from Sur La Table. They are great non-stick pans and easy to hand wash.

I uses cast iron dutch ovens and big skillets all the time on my smooth top I had. Glass tops are not made anymore I don't think. They are all smooth ceramic.

I was curious about the ones advertised on TV, so I looked up reviews on Amazon. It seems like they work well for the first 3 months or so, and then the "non-stick" quality wears off. But guess what! They come with a fabulous 90 day guarantee!!

that's funny. Wonder if they ran them through the dishwasher?
I never run cookware through the dishwasher, they fill it up too fast.

I AM the dishwasher! So never have a problem with wrecking things, like glassware in a dishwasher.

I love to wash dishes, weird I know but I didn't hunt down a set of pretty dinner ware just to ignore it. I like playing with my dishes.
