Default curling

we are in the final days of the World Women's Curling here in North Bay, Ontario,Canada
it has been quite a week. Great to see these women up close. Over 400 volunteers( a lot from out of town) -some are drivers to take the ladies wherever. The ice was taken out of the local curling rink and made into a huge welcome centre.

We see it now on the Olympics. They didn't use to show any, but it has become popular. There was even an article about it in my local paper and I live in the Southern California desert. Far from any ice or snow.

We have a new curling center in Chaska, Minnesota. I have been there to eat. It is upscale dining and you can watch any activity on the ice.

You betcha! We always watch it closely in the Olympics and this year was especially fun with the U.S. teams and how exciting to watch that women's S.Korean team!
Sounds like your town is having an exciting event and keeping everyone busy!

How lucky you are to have this at home! I only wish I lived closer, I'd be there too, at least a couple of time to see them in person!

Curling has been one of my favorite events to watch in Winter Olympics. It was exciting for us this year and hopefully the publicity our curling team has received will make it more popular. I would love to see it in person - wish I could visit your town!
